Dunkin'

I order 2 egg & cheese on croissants, each with an extra egg and this is what I find in the bag when I get home. An extra slice of cheese with no egg.

Worst customer service don't even let a customer order rushing and saying "I thought you were done your holding up the line" when I only ordered ONE single coffee wasnt there for even 3 minutes and I was just asking my daughter if she wanted a bagel so I can order it and when I address them "oh we on a timer you have to order quick" thats not a reason to speak to customer like that we never had this happen to us in any dunkin I've been great way to mess up someones morning, ridiculous.

You'll get mostly edible food, but this Dunks has found new and innovative ways to mess my orders up. I've started avoiding it in favor of places like Starbucks or even some of the fast food places around it instead. They often forget parts of my order, ignore additions and subtractions to orders, and serve me burnt or incorrect food. And it's not a matter of my communication with them, my orders go to their store via their phone app! It prints the instructions on paper for them, which one would think makes it difficult to mess up. They still find ways though... Anyway, for some quips: If they made the donuts in-store, I'd be willing to bet they would burn those too (if they even remember to give them to you). Very RUDE service today in drive through a bag was given aggressively and i was told something in a rude way and walked away before i could get a chance to respond! I asked for the girl to come back to the window and she never did. First time getting this horrible service. Immediately asked for a refund! Won’t ever come back to this spot again.

Staff just hanging around jawing in the back. Several looked me dead in the eyes and ignored me. Waited patiently for a couple minutes before I walked out without being served. 11:20am on 12/8/25, red quarter zip. Pull the tapes. 🤷
