Dunkin'

This location is advertised on highway signs as if it’s right off the exit, but that’s very misleading. After getting off the highway, you have to drive quite a distance to actually reach the store. It is not a quick on-and-off stop like the signage suggests. On top of that, there is no drive-through. You have to park and go inside. During inclement weather, that’s extremely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of stopping quickly while traveling. I exited specifically because of the highway signage expecting a fast, convenient stop. Instead, it wasted my time. If you are looking for a true “right off the highway” Dunkin’ with a drive-through, this is not it. One star for misleading signage and lack of convenience.

I come in daily, as this location is close to my office. I order the same item, and daily I have to send it back to have it toasted. A grilled cheese with ham, every day it’s served to me not toasted and it’s never grilled (false advertisement) today I sent it back and the cook did so with attitude. After receiving my order the second time I left after being assured it was toasted. Only one side was when I finally opened the box to eat it. Guess a microwave has taken the place of actual talent preparing orders

Courteous, prompt service with a smile. Bagels toasted exactly as I asked- not burned, not raw - simple yet many other Dunkin can't get that right. Iced coffee was very fresh and strong. 3rd visit, will keep going there!!

I will start off by thinking the company for taking my recommendation on updating the store visit this location quite often since I live down the street as well as a visit other Dunkin’ Donuts branch as I do reviews on other locations this location I visit very often to see the employees work effort and to see their hospitality. I recommend the company to acknowledge the hard work that comes from this location. Also recommend the company to acknowledge Carrie hard work and hospitality as I walk into the location she greets me by my name. She is more than polite and very extremely helpful very kind would like the company to acknowledge. I will continue to visit this location as a visit other locations to do reviews.

I don't dislike Dunkin Donuts. I just think it's the same thing. It's been since 1957 and whenever they came out I don't know in the '70s '80s they don't change a thing. If they do it's unnoticeable or the some of the food is horrible. The chicken they have it's like rubber. They better get a new person that makes chicken. I don't know what the hell kind of chicken to use but the coffee too expensive. It's like buying a gallon of gasoline who wants to do that. If you buy a medium cup of coffee, it's a gallon of gasoline in your car. What the heck crazy. Let's go with the program. Please take a special thing now by getting a cup of coffee. What the hell anymore personally. But sometimes I try to get food. There's like one thing that I eat. That's it. The rest like rubber God forgives me but
