Dunkin' knocked it out of the park. With their iced coffee!Great customer service, location and beverages!!!

This was by far the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The staff, who are supposed to provide good customer service, were disrespectful, unprofessional, and had zero motivation to work. Everyone looked miserable, with terrible attitudes, and absolutely no effort to be friendly or welcoming. The service was awful,completely rude and unhelpful. But the worst part? I asked to buy a new cup, and they tried to sell me one that was sitting on the display, dirty and clearly not new, and charge me full price as if it was. When I asked for a brand-new one in a box, the response was: “You can wash it if you want.” Excuse me? If I’m buying something NEW, I expect it to be NEW, not dirty! Every time I stop by the Dunkin’ in Lavallette, I’m greeted with fast service, friendly staff, and consistently great coffee. Whether I’m grabbing a quick iced latte on the way to the beach or picking up a dozen donuts for the family, they always get my order right and with a smile. The location is clean, well-kept, and super convenient if you’re spending time on the island.

Honestly they get a lot of my orders wrong, the workers joke behind the counter. I wish there were other DD in this area because I like the overall product but gave them way to many chances. Don’t leave this store until You confirmed drinks are what you want and you get what you buy for food.

absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to! First time I was there trying to order my drink the guy taking my order was texting. He proceeded to put in 4 Coffee is when all I ordered was two. Maybe if he was paying attention. And then proceeded to make my coffee incorrectly. 2nd Time I ordered two iced teas, one green and one regular and I was given two regular iced teas. I told him behind the counter that I ordered a green tea and huff & puff and Grabbed it out of my hand and dumped it. refilled my green tea and slammed it on the counter!! It’s such a shame because that is the only Dunkin in the area.. let alone a very popular area. The staff is horrible, and the place is filthy.
