Dunkin'

Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. I received a cold bagel with an insane amount of cream cheese slapped onto it. This Dunkin’s hash browns quality is also below par.

I cannot say enough positive about the staff and service here. Being new to the area, it's wonderful knowing that in a short amount of time the staff know my order as soon as I pull up. Trish, Becca, Emily, Alexis, Austin and every other staff members I have had the pleasure of interacting with are absolutely amazing. The customer service goes above and beyond. I'm big on kindness and respect and this team definitely reflects that. Kudos to you all.

They always fight about whether you pay for ice or not. Drinks have to be remade, and employees act like everything they do comes out of their pocket. Employee literally threw iced latte in the sink and said "fine, I'll make you another one then"

Girl at the window was super rude. I placed an order through the app which was already paid for. When I drove up to the window she practically tossed me the bag and went right back to gossiping with other employees. Mind you I was the only one in the drive thru and no one was inside when I drove in, what was such the rush? This has happened a few times now.

Charged me almost $2 for a cup of ice. And gave me attitude about it like if it was coming out of her paycheck when I was on my way to work. What a great way to start the morning. Being passive aggressive under my comment doesn’t get you anywhere but fired.
