The Cottage Bakery & Cafe

Came in on Sunday for breakfast. I ordered the apple cinnamon toast, which is regular French toast with apple pie filling on it and it was delicious. I got a side of bacon with it, which was two pieces of bacon. They were good. The other person in my party got two eggs with tater tots and the tater tots were really good. We got a coffee and a hot chocolate both were OK. I didn’t expect them to have a wide selection for breakfast foods and lunch. I thought it would just be the bakery, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Dawn and her team did a great job on my birthday cake. It was absolutely delicious! She also has reasonable prices. I would definitely order another cake at The Cottage Bakery & Cafe.

I adore this place. Every time I've come here the food has been unbelievably good- I really can't reccomend it enough. The baked goods are divine and the cupcakes and cakes are wonderfully decorated. The staff are so sweet and pleasant and the prices are terrific especially for the quality and quantity you get. I woke up at 4am this morning just to make it here before my classes started and I'd do it again.

Great place to eat in kutztown! The food is just as much a reason to go as the baked goods. A breakfast and lunch menu are available, and the prices are really good. Pictured are the brisket egg sandwich and the strawberries & cream french toast. Definitely recommend if you are in the area! A great new Staple in Kutztown. (Side note, potential customers should not heavily weigh the recent one star review in my opinion. Checked the other reviews from that individual and they like giving every place a bad review . Don’t let that deter you)

The most under appreciated place in downtown Kutztown. Drove this street plenty of times passing by. Glad I stopped. Skip the reheated junk at Dunkin. Excellent fresh made breakfast sandwich and at a cheaper price. Homerun.
