Best Dunkin Donuts ever! I know the crew for some time, soonest I walk in I’m greeted by name and we share laughs , daily dose of friendship , camaraderie! They are so very professional no matter how busy they are . They are perfection!! Love them 🫶🫶❤️ . I hope Corporate sees this review! I’m adding a few pictures but more crew members , which are equally amazing, were not here yesterday.

This Dunkin’ in Forty Fort is a joke. I don’t know what kind of training (or complete lack of it) is going on here, but they clearly cannot handle the absolute basics. I ask for sugar in my coffee — not complicated, not special, not extra — just sugar. And every single time, without fail, they hand me a cup with zero sugar. Not “less than usual,” not “light sugar,” literally nothing. How do you mess that up every time? It’s honestly impressive how consistently wrong they get it. It feels like nobody there cares, nobody pays attention. You can watch them hand drinks out without even looking at the order stickers, if they can ever be bothered to put one on your cup. Happened to be in the mood for a quick stop. Was surprised and pleased someone had taken the time to personalize my drink lid and food container. Could possibly be a seasonal thing considering its fall and pumpkin everything. Christmas is right around the corner... Perhaps flowers for spring and the sun and beach for summer... Great pick me up... Kudos to management and their staff

I'm not sure if because 2 people ended up handling my order but it was repeated by both of them and I still ended up without an everything bagel. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

It's a coffee shop so put expectations down a little. For some reason every time I go here or in Wilkes-Barre they make it with sooo much sugar no matter how I order it n the Tunkhannock Dunkin makes it perfect every time I don't understand why
