I’ve been going to this Israeli food truck for a couple of years now, and it never disappoints. The food is always incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care—you can truly taste the love and authenticity in every bite. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, the quality is consistently amazing. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people who own it. They are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always make you feel like more than just a customer. It feels like visiting friends who just happen to make phenomenal food. If you’re looking for delicious Israeli food served by truly wonderful people, this food truck is an absolute must. I’ll keep coming back for years to come.

Even on a super cold evening in the winter this food truck was open! Lucky for us. The owner was very friendly and answered all our questions. We started off with some of their homemade mushroom barley soup and it was delicious and fresh. I love falafel, so had to try their falafel sandwich. The falafel was very tasty and the texture was perfect, crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. The sandwich was also loaded with fresh vegetables, pickles and tahini. We were super pleased and will be back again!

I recently tried the shakshuka from Around the Table Catering, and it was absolutely delicious! The tomato base was rich and flavorful, perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of spices—warm, smoky, and a little tangy. What I loved most was how hearty and satisfying it was without feeling heavy. It paired perfectly with the fresh bread they served on the side, making it a complete meal. You can really tell the ingredients are high-quality and thoughtfully prepared. If you’re looking for something flavorful, healthy, and a little different from your typical brunch dish, I highly recommend trying their shakshuka. I’ll definitely be ordering it again!

We found this food truck at the Shawnee Mountain food truck festival. It was so fantastic. We went the next week. We drove an hour to get a falafel and a couple of items. Truly one of the best falafel’s I’ve had and I come from Long Island and Brooklyn. Really really really excellent. We will be coming here all the time it’s worth the hour drive. Besides the owner being so nice the food is superb and I look forward to the next time we’re going.

My favorite is the Tofu Shawarma (vegan) Pita!! It is ridiculous how good this sandwich is! You can tell all of the ingredients are very high quality. The owners and workers are very polite and gracious. I wish I lived closer, I would go once a week!!
