Dunkin'

This Dunkin’ Donuts is located off I-95, Exit 3. They have a dining room inside as well as tables outside. We ordered two regular coffees, a jelly donut, and a couple of coffee rolls. The coffee was good and the donuts were fresh. The folks working there were friendly, but a bit disorganized. We paid for our purchases and waited for our coffee and donuts. We waited for quite a while and I think they forgot about us. We finally asked for our order and someone got it for us. They seemed to be more focused on orders from the drive through than the ones in the dining room.

I've never had a problem with this location until today, beyond the drive thru being incredibly slow (which may not be on them). I only come for black coffee, the other things I get are for kids. Those seemed normal, the coffee tasted like a hot second hand La Croix thought about a coffee flavored water. The dunkin donuts coffee down the road at the pilot truck stop tastes far more dunkin than what I got today.

It's probably fine, but there's no clear place to order. And the touchscreen kiosk didn't work. So I just gave up after a minute or so of not being acknowledged and left. 🥹

920 am and already can't supply 6 old fashioned donuts. They say they are out. Unacceptable. Had to go to pilot truck stop with wendys restaurant exit 1 to get what I wanted (DuncanDonuts). Also for 6 they wanted to charge me $11. They are 8.99 for 6 at truck stop. And yes they are fresh at the truck stop and friendlier service. These pics are from the truck stop

Customer Service is good at this location, it's a busier Dunkin especially with active drive thru which is one of the reasons(s) I'm deducting one star. Parking in front of the store to put it accurately, is a challenge. Lots of coming and going, especially blind spots and backing. Of course there has to be dodo birds🦩that don't know how to park inside of the white lines. I'm also deducting another star to Dunkin corporate actions themselves. For example, changes to the rewards program and they've continued to delete items such as the Dunkin Refreshers. I think at the end of the day it comes down to Customer Service and how best to accomplish this. Dunkin could be doing much better. ☕
