Dunkin'

Ima be honest ive been to so many different dunking across the country and this one has been one the most unsatisfying dunkins ive ever been to. They are unorganized, never put everything in the bag, never give receipts. And when they cant take card payments they dont put up a sign saying “CASH ONLY.” Definitely not coming back.

Aside from the coffee being awful… the bagels were hard as a rock. A mouth should not bleed from biting into a bagel. Not to mention the tub sized amount of cream cheese sloppily thrown on the bagel. Then $1 per pup cup… WHAT!? The cream cheese cost more and yall had no issue putting too much of that on a bagel. Seriously though this was cream cheese with a side of stale bagel. Tried to share it with the dogs and they struggled to chew it. Do not recommend! The only thing decent was the service.

Every time I come here, my order is always wrong. What I order at the speaker is never at all what is on my receipt and when I ask for EXTRA cream cheese on my bagel… it means EXTRA CREAM CHEESE!! Whatever they put on there should not even be adequate for a normal amount of cream cheese. Oh, and the customer service is awful! there’s only about 3 employees that I have a good experience with. Everyone is always rude and acting like they hate working there. I try and try to continue my business there since it is the only coffee place down there with a drive thru but it is getting out of hand!

The first time experience was great. My 2nd time was not great at all. I asked for Avocado Toast and the lady told me she wasn't fixing any food. I will not return.

Ordered a breakfast meal. Hashbrowns were both freezer burned & microwaved, inedible. Bagel was rock hard. Tossed out both. Iced coffee was good at least.
