Dunkin'

This Dunkin' has very friendly staff. It's very pleasant to go to in the mornings and get my coffee. It's also very reasonably priced. I just get a large ice coffee. I added cream and sugar, coconut and mocha.( I figured out how to make their almond joy after they discontinued it) and its only $4.40 total Any morning that I get to stop, it makes my morning so much better.

We waited in the drive-through line for maybe 30 minutes. Got to the window watched the employees talking and laughing not making coffee. Finally got my coffee and it is watered down with barely any creamer and it taste genuinely awful. I personally love Dunkin’ Donuts, but my experience today was absolutely terrible.

I would not suggest going to this Dunkin. I’ve been going here for 10 years and the last 3 or 4 times it’s just gone downhill. I went earlier this morning and I get the same drink everytime; the brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and mocha. I know what it taste like since it’s my usual and it’s good but recently it’s been tasting like straight up rubbing alcohol. I don’t know if maybe their stuff is going bad because, I know when vanilla gets expired it ferments and then taste like alcohol, or if their utensils aren’t getting cleaned out fully. The donuts are chewy and cold. Food is never close to being at least warm. I work in the coffee shop industry and I know for a fact we’d never let that happen under its a policy and health and safety protocols and regulations for customers.

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Horrible experience. My husband and I went at 1pm they were out of donuts. Waited in line for 30 min. Got to the window and 2 teenage girls were making orders for cars behind us. They asked what we ordered and started our order after we got to the window. When the drive thru window opened the smell of weed came from the inside. Extremely unprofessional blasting rap music cussing in the window also. The coffee tasted absolutely horrible. I repeated my order 5x at the drive thru and 2 more at the window and they STILL didn’t make it correct. We will never return to this location. Went back inside to get a refund and they refused to give a refund. I will be contacting the manager or corporate for a refund because we had to throw them away. Start to finish we

I don't often leave reviews but I felt I needed to. I stopped going to this location 2 years ago because of the slowness and lack of available items. I decided to try again and it is even worse than before. Corporate is no help because "this is a franchise location". They need to either get this location in shape or sell the building to a company who will serve the customers efficiently.
