We’re a food truck offering a distinctive fusion of Southeast Asian cuisine infused with Korean flavors. Our baos are made from scratch, not mass-produced. We also serve delicious rice bowls topped with fresh veggies and pickles.

Bao Wowz food truck really wowed me when I tried them yesterday! This new spot serves up a variety of Korean inspired food items that will blow your mind. If you’re all about fresh ingredients, meaty bites, and bold Asian inspired sauces, this is definitely the place to check out. I ordered the three bao combo for $20 along with a $7 lavender lemonade. I got the ‘Mighty Meat’ baos 2 of them and 1 Chick-a-licious Baos as a part of my combo meal. The mighty meat Baos were filled with slow braised shredded beef with spicy Korean barbecue sauce, and the Chicken Baos were flavorful packed with marinated lemongrass, grilled chicken. I tried their food for the first time at Rosehill and WOW—it was seriously the best thing I’ve had in a long time. So unique and absolutely delicious. I told my husband I’ll be dreaming about it for days! Can’t wait to eat here again!
Had it liberty where they were up this way. Super solid food and great people.
