Dunkin'

I came in for a mixology with sparkling water. It definitely tastes like lemonade so I went in to tell them that this tastes like lemonade there aren't any bubbles in here at all. After about 2 minutes they gave me a new drink but it tastes exactly like the old one. I'm not even sure that they made the drink over, I think they just gave me old drink back. Still no bubbles and super sweet. Food was warm at best. Cheese was cold not melted. First time customer and last time.

Ordered a iced latte with butter pecan. I got a latte WITHOUT any flavor. Just Expresso and oatmilk. The egg bites were burnt AND tasted rancid. Tossed both. I also had bagel bites, but after all that it left a bad taste in my mouth. Tried to call the store back, but their phone is disconnected.

Came in to get a single donut for my son. Waited for about 10 minutes at the register while 2 employees ran around, not even acknowledging my existence. I said excuse me am I able to order here. They said yes. Then the female said we’re very busy (as she leans on the counter) if you really want to order use the kiosk. I said it’s just a donut. She said oh well and smirked. So I walked out. Just to see no cars in the drive thru. I don’t expect much when I go to this location but I do expect to at least be helped.

This is a pretty good Dunkin Donuts in comparison to other locations in the area. The store has a few tables for actually sitting down if you want. They are always well staffed with employees who are polite and responsive. They are on top of the "On The Go Ordering" with the app. Have always been impressed with that. Big downside to this location though is that it is slammed with customers at peak times and simply does not have the staffing or space capacity to handle it quickly and efficiently. I don't blame this on the store itself, just the specific building size it is in. The store could easily stand to be doubled in physical size and doubled in staffing at peak times to accommodate the demand. I attempted to grab some donuts today on my way home. The two individuals of Indian descent stared at me and didn't bother to ask if I needed help. I walked out and I will never come back in here! Unbelievably horrible service at a time of economic uncertainty. You should just close up shop!!!
