Dunkin'

As an avid lover of Dunkin’ donuts for many years, this specific location has honestly shocked me on numerous occasions. I have had to wait over 15 minutes when there is not even a line in the lobby. On numerous occasions I have ordered food and the food is either burnt or uncooked… no in between. I have noticed a high turn over rate and question and the cognitive skills of the current employees. I highly recommend that you as a customer should visit the Rowley, MA location instead, as they set the standard for what service and quality at Dunkin’ donuts is all about.

People here are incomprehensible and incompetent. They don't understand what you say. They serve you smashed sandwiches without care and is always. I came and asked for a sausage and cheese sandwich. It is easier for them to press the combo sandwich removing the egg. Why would you pay for something that you are not taking ? The front girl was pissed with me (yes! You have all rights to pay only what you will walk out with), she whispered something with her co-worker after, throwing the sandwich towards me. DD should train better the employees.

AVOID THIS DUNKS AT ALL COSTS. it's been terrible for YEARS now. Not worth the frustration Ordered a latte about 20 minutes before closing today March 25th 2023. I walked in there were no orders ready and the woman working was at the register (on her phone) next to an empty cup. I asked if my order was ready and she looked at the cup then told me the espresso machine is broken. I then corrected her and said it was cleaned not broken she said yeah sorry. Asked for tea instead. Got coffee. Waited for her to finish another order and she corrected it. This is similar to every other experience here. Never again

2 of your staff one male one female both very young went out of their way to make suggestions on a spin of a coffee blend. And we're more than happy to make the drink and transaction. Superior teamwork. They weren't busy at all and when one of them could have walked away to take a break nope customer service was their TOP PRIORITY. They so made up for not having drive thru. Such a friendly atmosphere I wish I had brought my reading book
