Dunkin'

First time trying Dunkin and my last. 15 minutes total in this drive thru, ordered hot coffee, get handed a cold one. More than 5 minutes waiting to be handed a not even half full coffee, that was a complete mess for 7 bucks.

Not one to stop for a treat very often and when I do I don’t have a difficult order. Just vanilla creme donuts, not sure how I end up with some apple filling gross icing donut. Just make it self serve so people can get what they want instead of paying for something that will go in the trash.

I took my daughter to the Hurricane Dunkin' for a before-church mother-daughter date. We were the only customers for most of the time we were there. Service was super fast and very friendly. She got a small frozen chocolate drink and a chocolate-filled powdered donut. She liked them both but couldn't finish them. I had a ham and egg English muffin and a hot peppermint mocha coffee with a little cream and sugar. The mocha was great with just the right amount of sweetness. The sandwich was good and what I'd expect from a fast food breakfast. It would've been nice if the ham covered the whole sandwich. The ham slices were smaller than the English muffin so quite a few bites were without ham. The best part was the price! It cost me half as much to take my daughter to DD than when I take her to

Ordered 6 donuts in the drive-thru around 9am. Paid for our donuts at the window, and got on the interstate to head home. We opened the box and realized they had switched out half of our donuts without asking if we'd like replacements for flavors they had run out of. Why shove random flavors in the box? That's just bad customer service.

This macchiato ends up wrong a lot.. I’ve been driving since 5 this morning it was such a delight to roll through and get the freshet variety of munchkins and hot perfectly made Carmel macchiato 🧡🩷💛. Thanks Dunkin in Hurricane
