She has never ceased to amaze me with her decorating abilities. I always get a cake for my grandkids for their birthday. Cake of their choice which isn’t always an easy task as they will ask for the most off the wall requests for a cake. For example, red velvet cake with black icing 😂 (black decor ) I tell her to get creative and every single time…I get the most amazing results. Plus, supporting another small business. The best part…her prices are affordable and very reasonable which is becoming difficult to find with bakeries. They are always so sweet, accommodating and yummy. This is a very nice little bakery with a lot of different sweet options. Today was our first visit and I was impressed by the amount of options in such a small shop. Prices were fair and comparable to other bakeries in the area. We tried some of their pepperoni rolls, and they were very good. The dough was soft and had great flavor. My girlfriend's had a lot of pepperoni in it, mine didn't have as much but it was still good. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

Sweet mama's is a nice local bakery in Hurricane, WV. While in the area around mid-March, we saw the bakery's sign out front for pepperoni rolls & knew we had to check it out. Just an FYI - there's plenty of parking available (the bakery sits in a shopping strip with other businesses). Inside were at least two big display cases of goods (I only managed to snap a picture of one) plus a refrigerated case against the wall. Everything looked and smelled delicious. We bought some pepperoni rolls, a lemon cream tart, and a pecan bourbon tart. -The pepperoni rolls were a good size, plump, and the dough was nice. Hands down, THE BEST bakery in this region! The tarts are so scrumptious and made to be savored slowly and pleasurably. Even better, the pepperoni bread loaf is so unique, it makes the drive of more than twenty miles worthwhile. The pepperoni slices are baked into the bread in a perfect quantity: not skimpy but also not overwhelming. I shall be dropping back often to replenish my supply!

Don't miss an opportunity to stop by Sweet Mama's! The only way you will be disappointed is if you don't stop. The food is great and I promise you won't meet nicer people!
