Dunkin'

We went to Dunkin yesterday , Veterans Day. My husband ( a veteran), went inside to ask for a free donut. The employee said they don’t have free donuts. My husband just looked at her and left. Ironically, we parked right near a sign that said “sweet salute”. I guess the employees are not informed of the stores policies and ability to read is not a requirement for employment at Dunkin.

What happened to this place?! They used to be so nice! Now, they are the rudest, most ignorant people!! I’m assuming it’s the weekend people, because the AM weekday people are great! My order today was 100% wrong, overcharged, and awful!! The girl working the drive-through today (10/4/25 at 3:30pm) needs a serious lesson on how to treat customers! She is absolutely in the wrong line of work!!

Went into the store to get an Iced Mocha coffee and a Boston Cream Donut, low and behold when I got home to eat my donut, there was no custard in my Boston Cream Donut.

WARNING IF YOU GO AFTER 6 pm!!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. After just leaving and purchasing $14 worth of coffee that tastes like bad milk, and stale old munchkins I’m furious and will not be returning. Why not go back and have them fix it? I have, time and time again. Everything went right in the trash at a convenience store down the street. I’ve never met more Ignorant, rude, and unpleasant people working a drive through before. The AM staff is so wonderful and pleasant. Please know this review is only for the “last shift workers” specifically a male, and female.

Don't go to the dunk in it added 1 shot of espresso and I fell asleep so quickly and I said 3 shots of espresso and there doughnuts are stale DON'T GO!!!!!
