Dunkin'

Had a online order that my daughter had put in. I ended up going to other locations and realized after 30 minutes I had to go to this location and the lady told me I took too long someone either took my order or she threw it out. Anyways they would not make me a new order for free and told me I had to call corporate to get my money back. So looks like anyone can go in and walk out with anyone pick up orders

This Dunkin is my favorite to go to! The staff work exceptionally hard and are always friendly and reliable! Plus, my pup absolutely loves the pup cups and they always give him a treat! It’s so thoughtful!

Expired hot chocolate powder from December on dusty creamer machine. If that's expired what else is. Off the clock and sick employee on the line making guests coffee. She just told the manager how sick she was in front of me and other customers and she still allowed her to touch donut case and make coffees on the line.

Alison was really great. She did ask me all the necessary questions. When I was confused she suggested the best and I loved it. Loved her customer service skills.

The girls that work here are great! They always make sure the place is clean and coffee is made right!
