Bill Cahill's Super Subs

Cool little spot in Hudson, NH. Stopped by based on a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered a few Italian subs for my employees and they all approved! I didn’t notice any gluten free sandwich options so I had to pass. I’m sure you could grab a salad if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Good sized portions for a reasonable price. Staff was steadily working and upbeat. Definitely recommend.

Best steak and cheese that I've ever had in my life. I have lived in Mass for 2 years and miss you guys. I grew up in Litchfield and my dad grew up in Hudson. Been a go to since 2002 for me. I'm 31 years old. These subs are unreal and NO LINES no WAITS. Not sitting twittling ur thumbs for some guido or mick chef like in Massachusetts. These subs are classic, don't change a thing!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 👍

First time visiting, the subs truly are SUPER. Soft bread, quality meats and plenty of veggies. Staff was friendly and service was fast!

My husband has been raving about this place for a long time, we finally both got to go. The subs are so stuffed with meats, it's insane. I've never had a sub so stuffed 😅. There were a bunch of younger kids working there when we went. They were all friendly, polite and our food was done pretty fast! We will be back!

Love this place I travel so many miles to get it. It has to be the most for your money sub I have found. This picture I'm posting is half of a large steak n cheese.
