I just had one of the ugliest experiences here at Dunkin Donuts, I came in and asked for a croissant and when I asked for it to be warmed, she didn’t say much, it was when she handed it to me that I was shocked. She pushed it towards me, essentially shoving the bag into my hand. I just looked at her distraught. And my croissant was cold.
I got an iced latte and asked for extra caramel… I paid for the extra and I didn’t get ANY CARAMEL. My coffee was literally milk and expresso. They workers were so rude, and horrible.
Tried to give me an altered order. Didn't know how I'd react to it. Just thought id drive off with it. No, I brought it back for a refund. Won't return
National Donut Day free donut. Medium Hot Macha Latte great temperature Green Goddess Wrap great temperature Staff friendly. Staff reminded me it was National Donut Day. Highly recommend.
