Dunkin'

Regardless how busy they are they are always super efficient and have good customer service. Always get my order correct and my food is always hot and coffee nice and cold! Great job even when your a 2 man crew!

The English muffin was hard to it it was rubbery and had no taste. I had a sourdough sandwich was also bad the cheese wasn't melted the egg was cold and the bread was old. The hasbrowns were full of grease and nasty. Won't be back for breakfast sandwiches.

I recently stopped at the Hartford Dunkin’ to grab donuts and coffee for a meeting, and I was so impressed with the service! I wasn’t sure how much to order for 12 people, but the cashier, Emily, kindly walked me through her recommendation with a great attitude. It didn’t stop there—she went to the back to help prepare my order, and while waiting I overheard her training a new team member. She explained exactly how to put together a box of coffee and what to include in the bag. She mentioned they normally provide cups and fixings for 10, but since she knew my order was for 12, she added the extra two without me even asking. I was hesitant to post us, but they’re always out of donuts. No matter what time you come by on which day of the week they’re always out of donuts. I don’t know how a doughnut store can run out of donuts. Edit. 1.17.2026. Same story. 930 am no donuts.

If you're going here, go through the drive- through. If you go IN the store, you will stand there and wait for everyone going to the drive-through. At least a 10 minute wait, no matter what. The young lady at the counter was friendly when she finally came over.
