Great staff ! Always friendly.
Went to this location a few weeks ago and they had a new girl working there. She was very sweet but she was the only one who seemed to even be doing anything. All the other girls seemed more interested in gossiping and bullying the new girl then helping customers. I will never go to this location again. Absolutely despicable behavior.
Got cold sandwich once too many times in drive-thru...went in to have it heated up and was made to wait extra long and treated like I was the problem...will not spend another dime at this location
Terrible customer service. They left the new person who they refuse to help, or take the time to actually train, to take care of the register and drinks at a busy time. I can juuust see them on their phones in the back. I believe that worker left, but she had a pleasant attitude and tried her best.
I went to this location a couple weeks ago and it was busy. There was one girl in the front trying to manage it all. She asked for help from her co workers and no one even came to help her. The staff does not seem friendly or happy. Management needs to do better for either employees!!!
