Dunkin'

This Dunkin' rocks. Easily my favorite one and I think the best one in Carroll County. They prepare orders fast, food is always good, drinks are always crack. They're friendly and always greet me when I walk in. Nothing else to say, it's awesome!

I went in through drive thru & asked them for a GRILLED CHEESE & a M Frozen Hot Chocolate. When I got the food & drink I got a Frozen Hot Chocolate with espresso shots in it ? I didn’t ask for that , I don’t even drink coffee so that whole drink went to waste & for the Grilled Cheese all I got was a bread on top of 2 slices of cheese. Nothing cooked nothing melted just a sandwich of cheese.. & this isn’t the first time they mess up my order. The only reason why I keep going back to them is because they are the only ones close to me , if there is a different one on my way to work in the mornings I would 10000% go to that one but unfortunately there isn’t.

Worst Dunkin ive ever been to. Unfriendly people, luke warm coffee, woke up with a sore throat the next morning.

This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin location in north Carroll. They are always rude at the speaker and window, speciality drinks are made inconsistently compared to every other Dunkin from here to Baltimore. Then, the kicker, they don’t even update their inventory of their donuts correctly. So don’t order online unless you want one of the 3 donut varieties they have that day. Complain and all you’ll get is a smirk and them telling you to call customer service.

Rude employees,not attentive or focused on customer service.. hope you get everything you ordered.. Best to check before leaving..the brand is good but owner and employees rude.. maybe you'll get lucky and one will speak to you in English that you can understand...
