Dunkin'

Service was great and enjoyed the coffee. The breakfast wrap wasn’t the best, however. Super clean store and plenty of parking. One of the better Dunkin’s I’ve been to!

I've been to Dunkin' in Hamburg a few times and I won't be going back. The service is very unfriendly. They don't seem to know words like "hi" or "thank you." I had to wait about 20 minutes for my in store order. Even on-line pre-orders take forever to be fulfilled and you end up waiting in the store or drive-thru to pick them up. Nobody even apologized for the long wait times. I'm very dissatisfied because this didn't just happen once, but several times. I don't recommend this place.

Nice store , quick and easy service , convenient location , clean , friendly staffs and drinks are made to our taste. One star less - there were no selection of donuts available at the time we stopped by.

I frequent at this dunkin, and usually have a fairly good experience. The last few times i’ve been there, the person over the speaker in the drive through is very blunt and rude. I rarely order donuts, but decided i wanted one this morning and this is what i opened the bag to. Pretty disappointing!

I really enjoyed this Dunkin' spot. It was beautiful, with stunning views. We sat on an outside bench, my husband and I, sipping our coffee, and it was so peaceful. The coffee was absolutely delicious.
