Dunkin'

Two guys that worked at the drive through (a handsome redhead with a great smile and his coworker) were awesome! They greeted me, handled a refund with zero fuss, and efficiently and kindly served me during a busy morning rush. They should be acknowledged for their awesome service!! Kindness is contagious. :)

First, it must be said, I am a dunkin enthusiast. As such the events that have transpired today are even more unnerving. I went to dunkin as I often do for a medium hot black coffee. Upon ordering and to my great dismay, I was informed that there were no lids available for the cups. "That's alright, I'll manage I thought" oh but how wrong I was. I deposited my coffee (lidless) into my cupholder and began my return journey back to my place of business. However upon turning out of the parking lot to assimilate with traffic I was subjected to a spill of epic proportions with coffee escaping its rightful container and expressing its newfound freedom all over my legs, reminiscent of the situation in Liebeck v. Ordered A caramel cappuccino blast this is what I received see the picture below. I’m very very disappointed. I paid almost 7 dollars for this. Also, check out what the cappuccino blast is supposed to look like. Franchise owner is ripping off the consumer. I would say that that is false advertisement because I did not get what I paid for

Absolutely ridiculous. I came into this establishment, behind a woman who was waiting they did not acknowledge her or I.. she eventually left, I waited another 8 minutes standing at the cash register for all 4 employees to totally ignore me because they were back up in the drive through… you should probably have more people working during promos

For some reason there were bready chunks in my dunkin latte? Not sure what that’s about because I’ve ordered here several times and it’s been fine… definitely grossed out and have never served someone coffee like this in all my years so idk what happened but kind of uncool.
