Annex Coffee

I just can’t anymore and I’m sry about that. I’ve tried to love this place so many times but always disappointed. Took 15 mins to get a smoothie, bagel and coffee this morning. The 8$ smoothie was all big chunks of ice. The bagel was obviously frozen before it was heated as it’s hard as a rock so we couldn’t even bite into it. Waste of money and this place could be so amazing. :(

Annex is so cute!!! I love the little drive thru and how someone comes out to take your order. Fits the Gulfport vibe with the friendliest staff and vibrant pelican mural. Coffee is delicious!!!

Service was great the food was pretty amazing. I am half Cuban so wasn’t expecting much on the Cuban sand wow I was impressed! Also tried the BEC bagel yum ( the bagel isn’t toasted) but I don’t mind because it’s authentic like I have in NYC. I didn’t care for the coffee but I think it’s because of what I got so next time I’ll try a different type of coffee. 10/10 on food!

The food is delicious & fresh!! 👏🏽 the coffee was great and so was the customer service! I got the egg,sausage, & cheese on Cuban bread paired with a cappuccino. Thank you so much for such a yummy breakfast!

Have not eaten the food yet, so I cannot write that which is why I left 3 stars. I can always edit it later. The coffee was great!! I ordered a 12 mocha. Not bad for 6 bucks. And they gave my Bella a pup cup. one of the best aspects is that they use Kahwa coffee
