Dunkin'

Well what can I say, early this afternoon I stopped at Duncan Donuts and as I was walking out of the bathroom I hear this older women yelling at the young ladies at the counter asking them if they were dumb and blind I could not believe what I was hearing, the girls kept their composure the entire time an remade her drink till she was satisfied but she just kept acting out her husband looked annoyed at her lol poor man Anyway I love Dunkin donuts never had a bad experience at this location or any other, felt bad for the girls. But on the other hand I left happy with my drink 😍

Reading through some of these reviews just tells me you have never worked in restaurants or customer service roles dealing with the public (mainly people like you). A lot of you are complaining about them not accepting your $50 or taking orders only through drive thru and so on. This is not because the kids are lazy or can not do basic math. This is most likely company policy. To the lady who screamed at the young adults- shame on you. This is probably first jobs for a lot of them. They are just doing as they were trained and instructed. The food quality is not their fault either. That’s like blaming the server at the restaurant for the cook preparing your steak wrong. Do better or stay at home. I have been visiting this location for years. They always greet my family and me with smiles.

Why on earth is there Flamenco music playing in here?!? It's all in Spanish for one thing. But it's a particular taste, def not for everyone. So why play it in your PUBLIC establishment? It's also really loud. It's 8am and I'm trying to have my coffee in peace. Not with Mexican music blaring. So loud, even with my Bluetooth ear buds in with other music it was still loud. Also, many people came in, in the hour I was here. Not one stayed. Why not Italian opera or Celtic music? Anything else.

awful service. Had to wait 20 minutes before getting my three items; frosted donut, egg and cheese wrap, and avocado toast. When I finally got it the cheese on the wrap was completely burnt and not good. And I’m not impatient, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they’re busy, but when i pulled up i saw them dying laughing at multiple things and staring at me. Overall shockingly bad service which resulted in me being extremely late

Rude Employee. She wouldn't let us get the cold brew coffee for $2 when we were paying with the app and had activated the offer. The hash Browns were soggy, not crispy, there was no turkey on the turkey, sausage, egg and cheese croissant. If you want your order to be correct and to be able to use the offers in the app you have to order in the app. That's what I normally do and this is a great reminder as to why I normally order in the app. Very disappointed.
