Dunkin'

I go here pretty consistently, and they always mess something up about my order. Last time they didn’t add French vanilla swirl to my coffee, but they charged me for it. This time they put sausage on my bacon, egg and cheese. Love starting my Monday off on the wrong foot, thanks guys. :/

The only good thing about this place is the people are really sweet when talking to you. The food took about 20 min in my time I saw 3 cars drive off and then they forgot my donut and proceeded after another 5 minute wait to give me the wrong donut. Would not recommend. Just go down the street to Berlin.

Recently came here for breakfast. Terrible service, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Unfortunately they did not want to take my order so they made me use a machine to order on my own. While I was there, an older couple came in and refused to use the machine so they turned around. Food was good and fresh as usual.

Awful experience here. The food portions keep getting smaller and smaller and the price keeps growing. Total ripoff for that alone. It was also the slowest service I've ever seen with no one behind the cash to ask what's going on to, and a crowd of us just standing and waiting while the workers just nonchalantly slowly prepare food. We waited for over half an hour for that tiny portion of food. To top it all off, their parking lot is so tiny that my car mirror got clipped by a parking pickup truck. The food wasn't even good either.

Slowest service ever!! Sat in drive through for 20 min behind 2 cars after pre ordering !! Never again!!! Friday 2/27/2026 11:00 stay away
