Dunkin'

Went today (2/28/26, Saturday) at 1:00 p.m. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. No more everything bagels. Ok sesame. No more sesame bagels -- only plain or cinnamon. Also no more Boston creams. So disappointing.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts last Sunday around 5 PM. An employee named Brian Melendez helped me. At first, my order was a little wrong, but Brian handled it in a really nice way. He stayed calm, listened, and made sure everything was fixed. He was respectful and kind, and I could tell he cares about his job. I left happy, and that means a lot. Great service like this is why I’ll keep coming back. Thank you, Brian!

A good spot to pick up coffee or an ice tea along with a snack. The line at Dunkin moves pretty quickly and you can order and pick up efficiently. There's also a small seating area if you want to dine in the store. This location also has a Baskin Robbins ice cream counter so you can pick up coffee, donuts or ice cream here. Regarding the menu there's a wide variety of drinks to choose from including coffee, tea or latte's. Hot and cold beverages are available. There's also a selection of sandwiches to choose from on the Dunkin side. On the Baskin Robbins side you can get ice cream and ice cream cakes are available too. There's lots of parking in the strip mall lot outside.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience On Friday, June 6th, between 3:30-4:00 PM, our son and his friend walked to this donut shop with the little pocket money they had carefully saved up, excited to treat themselves to four donuts. They paid in full, looking forward to a sweet reward after a long week at school.  I even have a record of the time, my son called me during the incident, upset and confused by what was happening.　What followed was incredibly disappointing.  While handing over the order, the staff accidentally dropped two of the donuts. The boys were understanding, because mistakes happen. The staff apologized and said he would bring out fresh ones, explaining that they needed to be made since they were out on the shelf. Brian is the best and nicest worker there is throughout Dunkin’s in the U.S. no doubt. Always server with ease and kindness.
