Dunkin'

OK, this is a donut shop, what do we sell here…DONUTS! So supposedly a snow storm is coming on Sunday into Monday, today is SATURDAY. Roads are clear, no snow, and business as usual right? I ordered a dozen donuts which 6 were glazed. Showed up to pick up my order at 9:30 AM, this place had almost NO donuts (see photo) and ZERO glazed donuts!? The most basic and standard donuts they do not have! I asked the manager what happened and what’s going on, why no glazed, she says “because is the snow storm coming for Monday, we don’t make any.” WHAT? Today is Saturday and the alleged storm isn’t even going to happen until another 36+ hours. BTW, I saw at least 4 team members there so it’s not lack of man power. We visited this location twice while we were staying at a motel down the road. First, the staff was extremely friendly and I have no complaints in that department. However, both times I ordered a cappuccino and both times it was more like a latte and not very good at all. My daughter got the brown sugar shaken espresso both times and she enjoyed it both times. I'd say if they learned how to make a proper cappuccino it would be a good Dunkin location lol

Absolutely horrible experience. It started off when we had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through for our order to even be taken. I thought there was only one worker in the store, but turns out they were four when we finally got to the window. The donuts were terrible and the workers were rude. Definitely go to donut connection down the street.

This review goes out to the woman working between 5:50-6am yesterday morning, middle aged with tattoos: I came to the drive through yesterday morning to get a birthday donut for my son. I asked if he could have his own box and she said sure that's fine. When I got to the register, I half jokingly told her that normal people don't wake up at 5am to get their kid a donut. She told me that I was a good mom and assured me I was doing a good job. Such a small gesture but she made my entire day with her kindness, I truly appreciate it. And she wrote happy birthday on the box for my son. I hope management sees this and recognize her for it 👏

When we got there, I was the second person in line, and somehow we still stood there for over 20 minutes with absolutely no one acknowledging us. Not a single “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing. My dad finally had to ask if they were even taking walk-ins or if it was drive-through only because we were being completely ignored. Five minutes later, a worker finally came out, saw the line, and literally sighed like we were the problem. Two people left because the service was THAT bad. After over 30 minutes of waiting just to order, we then stood there another 10 minutes while the workers stared at us and asked why we were staring at them. Maybe because we’d been waiting forever???
