Dunkin'

Dunkin should be embarrassed to have this place as a franchise. The staff was unfriendly, careless, and apparently incapable of making two very simple drinks correctly. I ordered an iced tea with 6 raspberry shots for my pregnant wife, and an iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar for myself. They somehow managed to swap both drinks and ruin both of them — iced coffee with raspberry and iced tea with caramel, cream, and sugar. Who does that? $11 for absolute garbage that went straight in the trash. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I am appalled at the customer experience I received this morning at the Gibbsboro Dunkin' Donuts located on Lakeview Drive in Gibbsboro, NJ 08026, at approximately 8:35 AM, by a cashier and someone who identified himself as the manager. Upon my persistence, I finally determined his name is Shan, after several initial requests, and his refusal to provide it. I presented a $10 bill to the cashier to pay for a $6.00 meal deal; the total cost of the order, with tax was $6.40. The cashier requested I provide a different bill. When I asked why, she repeated she couldn't take the bill. I requested to speak with the manager. The cashier spoke with Shan in Hindi, then again informed me that she could not accept the bill. Shan then said the bill doesn't have the stripe on it, and he can't accept

This store needs to be closed down. I have tried three times to order a large ice with two turbo shots. Nothing crazy and they can’t even get the size right let alone the ice coffee part. Today was my third time and they messed it up twice and gave me two sweet teas? I said no that’s not right. They also charged my card 21 dollars. Also super super slow. America does not run on this Dunkin.

This is my favorite Dunkin! My Husband Calvin and I love the staff there, they are practically family! Their service is always prompt and delivered with a smile and great conversation on the run! They really make my morning a great one everyday! The best Dunkin in the area by far!! 10 stars! Amazing team! Every last one of them!

We just ordered several drinks and munchkins from this location. The Black Tea we ordered (with cream and sugar) only had cream sugar, and what seems like hot water/milk in it (absolutely no tea). We also ordered 25 glazed munchkins, but it ended up being a variety pack of several different kinds of munchkins (and very few glazed). Tried calling the location, they did not pick up. We will not be ordering from this location again anytime soon.
