Dunkin'

LOL third times a charm. Went to dunkin today and most days I know they’re slammed but shit! Good customer service is the one thing you can have when serving people. I told one of the baristas their janky machines weren’t taking payment and she caught an attitude for no reason. I wasn’t rude and i didn’t have an attitude. The entire staff every time I come acts like they don’t wanna be at work. I just wanna enjoy my breakfast with a warm smile from staff. But I guess this Dunkin’ doesn’t provide. After warning them that their machines are working they proceed to let people order even though the card machines weren’t working.

Worst DD I I’ve Ever been to. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for a croissant. After a 20 minute wait, they still weren’t sure of what I ordered when I finally arrived at the first window to pay. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my food. If it weren’t for the fact that my schedule abruptly changed that provided me the time to wait, I doubt I would have. I don’t think I’ll EVER be back here.

Terrible experience. I went through drive thru and had only 4 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait before I could order and then I was told the 1st window and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes with only 1 ahead of me (who only got donuts and a drink), while the person in front was getting their order I saw my drink (small iced latte) be handed to the customer in front of me and then back through the window to the worker (Because it was my drink and not the customers medium drink). Got my drink (100% the one that was handed back and front through the window) and it the worst coffee I've gotten from Dunkin, the espresso taste burnt and there is too much ice for my order being light ice. Tried to do the survey on the bottom but apparently the survey number doesn't work, then I manuall

WORSE COFFEE I asked for almond milk and they did not add any to my drink, like requested. They did not follow directions or listen to my order.

I'm done with this place. Ordered 1 Iced, 1 Hot. Got 2 hot. Ordered one with skim. Apparently they no longer carry skim. Ordered sugar free vanilla, got 0 vanilla, but got charged for it. It's even on the label. This is the second time in a row they left out the vanilla. I guess I need to do Starbucks.
