Charleys Cheesesteaks

We haven't eaten out in forever and my husband really wanted Charleys. Services was great but the food not so much so excited for it only to be extremely disappointed. We got 2 Phillies and loaded fries. The sandwiches had NO flavor what's so ever and one of the breads was soggy. So not what we are used to from here. The loaded fries were pretty much salt because that's all you could taste especially after you got down to the bottom without any toppings even with toppings the salt over powered.

I wish I could give a review on the food but I didn't get that far. I went into the px express to for something else and was surprised to see Charley's open. Most of the time I go there (which isn't often) it is closed. I walked up to the register and before I could say anything, the lady said, " we're closed. " I looked and saw that the person making the food just finished a sandwich, so the grill was still on and everything was still out. I asked what time did they closed and she said 3pm. It was 2:58pm. Again, I don't keep up with their hours because this location had been closed for a while. I wish I could have gotten a sandwich but this place left a bad taste in my mouth and it wasn't from the food, but rather the service. I guess they didn't want my money

They could use some quality control in the toppings they provide for their sandwiches... Pickle skins, rock hard tomatoes and pepper stems are not the most desirable toppings... Management needs to work on sharing the workload and efficiency. 20 min wait for a sandwich shouldnt happen.

I like the ranch with the pepperoni sandwich and the fries the lemonade is very good

The food is hot and made fresh for you right there. Sometimes it can take a while (especially during lunch rush) but in my opinion worth it for some of their subs. I am not a fine of the loaded fries through. I barely ate any of mine. I may try their regular fries in the future or just with cheese added.
