Dunkin'

I had the worst breakfast sandwich at a Dunkin ever recently. I looked like it had been sitting there for hours instead of being freshly made. They also screwed up our order and forgot to put in the Wake-Up Wraps. So, we had to go back.

Placed an order for ONE blueberry muffin on kiosk. WAIT 15 MINUTES… nothing! NOT a whisper. Finally, I inquire. Sorry, we don’t have any blueberry muffins. WHY is shown on your kiosk? We don’t see that. I see it on your screen! We don’t see it unless on a ticket.

Love this place. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. The treats are so appealing and I have to try something new. Definitely worth the drive.

I never EVER have a bad experience here but the worker who really stood out to me was Emma. She treated us with nothing but kindness and made sure we had everything we needed before we left that drive thru line. She truly made the experience worthwhile and I’ll be coming back again and again! Thanks Emma you’re a gem <3

I ordered a strawberry coolata that was sour and unsweetened. The ticket on the cup showed 2 pumps of strawberry syrup which I believe is the standard for the size, because I did not as for any customizations. There was nothing sweet or enjoyable about this drink. Every now and then I’ll visit this location hoping to have a good experience, but quality always seems to be off with drinks at this specific location. I would have had them remake it, but I was already in Saint Robert and didn’t want to return on base just to go through the drive through again. Be sure to taste your drinks first before leaving this place in order to avoid a poor quality control issue.
