I stopped by Charlie's Subs and overall had a solid experience, especially thanks to the service. Ms. Chrissy was the highlight of the visit. She was extremely friendly, very helpful, and clearly cares about doing a good job. From the moment I ordered, she had a great attitude and made the interaction easy and positive. I ordered 16 wings total. A 10 traditional wing basket with fries, plus six additional wings with ranch. The wings came out hot and fresh, which always matters. Ten of them were Scorpion Sting. They could have been a little spicier, but for food court wings, they were still pretty good and well cooked. The remaining wings were solid as well, no complaints there. Food is wonderul !! I get it very time I come to Fort Leonardwood . But the staff in the evening is very rude . I asked how their day was going , I get ignored , I say thank you , I get ignored. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because Ive had great cistomer service once from the older lady that works there .

I’ve never had any issues with this location and they’re service has always been 10/10! Hot food ready to go and great lemonade!!

Delicious food made to order, friendly staff and incredible lemonade! You can’t go wrong ordering at Charleys. My fav cheese steak is the Bacon 3 Cheese streak. Cooked fresh, on the spot. Comes out VERY hot tho so be carful, i learned the hard way. Great fries, only downside is they don’t serve sauces. Ketchup definitely enhances the flavor in my opinion. Either way very much enjoy ordering here, prices are reasonable and you get a lot for your money. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already!

Stopped by Charley’s Cheesesteaks recently and overall, the experience was just okay. The food was mid—nothing special—and the service was about the same. What really stood out were the hygiene concerns I witnessed. One staff member was using the same blade to cut wraps and sandwiches without cleaning it between items. Multiple employees were talking directly over the food while it was being prepared, and I also saw someone touch the trash can with their gloves on, then go straight back to handling food without changing gloves. These are basic food safety standards that need to be taken seriously. Hoping to see improvements in cleanliness and overall attention to safe food handling in the future.
