Dunkin'

Even 1 star is too generous! I came to Dunin and experienced the worst service I’ve ever seen. The staff is completely careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Zero customer service, no communication, and absolutely no effort to help with anything. I have never seen a place managed this poorly. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. If you want to waste your time and get treated badly, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, stay far away!

Other reviewers are correct when they note the rude staff here. I live in Brooklyn NY where service is often brusque, but the staff here is another level of rude. That said, there is easy parking and plenty of seating including comfy booths and an overall clean location. The food quality is also good. One star added for those amenities but the service really pulls this location down.

The BEC bagel was good but coffee was watery. The facility was dirty, tables unwiped, garbage filled to the rim and this was at 8:11 in the morning. Additionally, the bathroom had used toilet tissue in the floor, the garbage was filled and overflowing, and the two paper towel rolls were there but empty.

There's 0 care for your order and 0 concern for the customer. I used to go here a lot! They must have changed managers or something because there used to be a friendly guy who said good morning and knew you by name. The order was never wrong and if there was an issue, they would address it and fix it for you. In the last 6 months, the orders are wrong when I pick them up, they dont have basic donuts and replace them with old fashions or French crullers that nobody wants or likes, and they burn the bagels and dont care. I ordered donuts and a bagel sandwich for my kids. Half the donuts weren't the ones we ordered (glazed and Boston cream) and replaced with old fashions, and the bagel was burnt so bad it tasted like crap. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior by the ladies behind the counter. They make fun of customers (including myself) in Gujurati, which I clearly understand
