Dunkin'

I don't usually write bad reviews but 3/5 times this last year, my coffee order has been wrong or taste terrible or missing something. It's the early morning shifts and this last time, I didn't taste it right away and didn't realize they didn't add any flavoring until it was too late to turn around. It is what it is, but I suggest a taste test before you leave the drive through before you drive away.

I love me some Dunkin, being from Massachusetts. While private equity has pushed the corporation towards crap the local franchises make it work. The employees do a good job. The food is fast and consistent across stores. I'd recommend it.

I bought 2 of the valentine tins with munchkun donuts. It shows online valentine sprinkle munchkin donuts. They sold them to me with out telling me they were out of those valentine munchkin donuts. Cost $14.99 a peice. I just got your everyday munchkin do it's in them both. When I asked if I could get those like advertised, they just they were out. They should have told me before just selling them to me. Extremely unhappy and disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts shop in Festus mo!

The coffee taste good , the lady working here is so nice , its only drive thru but you can still order on the app and pick up from the window easy to enter from the highway

The Festus, Mo Duncan is so awesome!!! Always good service and good food and great coffee. Super nice and friendly. ❤️❤️❤️
