Dunkin'

I go to the fern park one every morning before I go to work and I always order the ham and Swiss stuffer and hash browns and it’s always burnt. I keep calling the phone and it’s no answer to make a complaint , it’s horrible, people work hard for their money to get this type of service. I’m over this spot. This the fifth time I had to throw away my food. Someone needs to contact my I’m a loyal customer

A very early visit led to a very impressed customer. Service was friendly, quick, and accurate. The dining room was very clean. I immensely enjoyed my 5 minute visit to this location.

When you say you close at 7:30 and you show up at the drive through at 7:20 that usually means you get service, instead I wait for 5 minutes then pull up to the window because no one is taking my order. I see 2 girls that are cleaning and they just stair at me. I then pull around and wait until 7:30 before I give up. I expect very little from Dunkin’ and some how you fell way below my expectations

If you here we can help you inside beware, pull away go to a different location, rude at the drive through rude in side the establishment as well Frozen hash brown, to start with order was missing and charger for iteams not even ordered. They refused a refund and then took all my food back as well. This lady definitely caught my entire order kept all my food and my money corporate has been notified. I had to call the police. There’s also a case number if anybody wants it this place is absolutely absurd. Needs to be shut down immediately. These two are definitely taking people’s money from this location 429 do not come here period.

Came here earlier and was placing my order through the drive thru. I stated that I wanted a strawberry daydream refresher and then told the girl at the drive thru “actually make it 2 of them” she decided to not respond whatsoever, then went silent and after a minute came back on the speaker and said “pull up to the window” to which I replied “I wasn’t done ordering…” I then told her I also wanted hash browns and then asked her if she heard me when I said I wanted 2 refreshers instead of one. Before I could even finish my sentence, she decided to huff and puff and very rudely cut me off with a disgruntled “yes!” Her name is Des or Dez, whatever. If you hate your job so much, you have the option to quit babes, no need to be rude to people for no reason because you simply have to do your ever
