Dunkin'

Went in to this Dunkin about 10am on 10/10/25. Very crowded and extremely filthy - overflowing trash can, garbage on the floor, napkin dispenser empty, cabinetry with dried spillage all down the front of it that looks like it has been there for quite awhile. The line was long but the service was OK and they got my order right. If it were cleaner and more organized I would consider more stars.

As I was pulling out of the parking lot, a man in a truck rushed me out to the street and I ended up spilling 3 drinks and a dozen donuts all over the floor of my car. I went back in tears and told Morgan what happened. Morgan was more than helpful and put me and my order back together. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Went in with my friend at about 12:45 just to get a few simple drinks and a donut the lady behind the counter kept swearing and yelling how ridiculous everyone’s orders are I didn’t get my small order until 1:15 a whole 30 minutes wait, my coolada was completely melted and they gave my friends drink the wrong milk, this is just annoying I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a terrible experience, i wouldn’t go here again

Former Friendly's location that is amazing for Dunkin Donuts. Outdoor seating area, friendly manager & staff, community meeting room, large comfortable seating inside. Great coffee & of course Donuts. We love the new location

The staff at the Fayetteville Dunkin are my absolute favorite! The service is always speedy and they are so charismatic and friendly! It's always clean inside and I swear the coffee tastes better at this location. Everyone in there deserves a raise!
