Dunkin'

Just bought an ice tea from this location and it tasted terrible. Very moldy as if it hasn’t been cleaned out. The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t have been ruder when I bought it to his attention. I ask for my $$$ back he said no go you bought it on your app go there, to customer support. No cust support on App. Please skip this DD as it was dirty and god knows when this ice tea machine was cleaned last!!

Slowest drive thru. Try to give it another chance because the employees are pretty nice but you will wait about 10+ minutes in this drive-through. It is completely awful. They make no attempt to do better. The owner probably does not care about this business and more or less it should go if you don’t care enough to ensure that you have fast speedy service through a drive-through.

Everytime I order ahead on the app, this Dunkin is always so unnecessarily slow & disorganized it makes me minutes from late, even if I order like 25-30 minutes in advance I end up making it to work on the skin of my teeth. They just walked around like they didn’t have an idea of what to do. People in there have awful service as well, & they don’t seem like they even wanna be there. This entire Dunkin needs restructuring, it’s awful. Nevermind the fact that Dunkin’ is getting ridiculously expensive, this really just sells the idea that Dunkin’ is just trash now.

Made a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes for food. My food was all wrong no donuts or the correct muffin I ordered. Chipotle hash browns didn’t even have chipotle sauce on them. No one asking what my order is after waiting so long and worker talking to customers while it looks like they are short staffed. Then the worker had left in the middle of a rush leaving only two workers from what I have seen.

The staff here are the best. They are always laughing & getting along with each other. The manager is always on the floor when I come to this location as well, working with his employees & keeping the drive-thru line moving. My coffee is always great & I never hold up the drive-thru when ordering a lot of food. That's something I'll go inside for & it's never a long wait.
