This Howland Rd Dunkin is the best one in the area by far. The staff are always so friendly, and their drive-thru seems impossibly fast, even during the busiest hours. Other locations could definitely learn a thing or two from this Dunkin!

I understand it’s Christmas but if your employees don’t want to work the location needs to be closed. I just sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. Not ONE car moved so I had to leave. While pulling around I noticed not ONE car was pulled past the speaker. These people are intentionally NOT taking orders. I’d be mad too if I made ten an hour but some of us have family were trying to go home and see.

Never going to any Dunkin again for almost 2 week every iced coffee i get the lid leaks making a mess everywhere i finally call the corporate office and all they say to me is we are aware of the problem and they are working on it so why haven't they stopped using them it's because Dunkin doesn't care about their customers only about losing money on already purchased cheap lid i would like to know who is going to pay to detail my new car I've only had for 2 months now the only thing I got from calling Dunkin corporate office was a sorry time to go to Honeydew for now on

These girls need to have more respect for customers. They should be told that they need to grow up and to stop being rude to people who have different political views than them. Or at-least not make it so obvious that they don’t like us. If you can’t stand to serve people with opposing views than don’t work with the public it’s that simple.
