Dunkin'

Ladies are always attentive, they smile and say hello. Patient with ordering. I’ve had a variety of hot and iced coffees, they are always creative and well made. No messy cups. Donuts always yummy and fresh. Ordered sm-Chai latte/hot. Sat down, relaxed, sipped, finished, then ordered a SECOND time with no problems. Loaded hash browns and another small chai latte hot for my walk home. Perfect amount of toppings enough for each hashbrown. Hot latte. Relaxed in the dining room. THANKS GUYS!

Went in to order and was the only person inside they seem to cater quicker to drive through, waited 20muns inside the store! Didnt check the food until after going home but the chipotle hash was only half full and there were only 2 and half strips of snackin bacon instead of 8 strips! Outrageous that whats advertised is not what you get for the price being charged! For the price of this meal it is not worth a penny! Part of the reason why we dont go to Dunkin as often because quality and consistency goes down frequently!

We got a golden sunrise refresher and they mixed it up with a cold brew and then continued to tell us that the color looks like a cold brew. But when we tried it, it was both a cold brew. Terrible. Go to the other Dunkin if you want correct drinks and people who don't try to bullshit you. I just went with it because I'm not arguing about a drink that's supposed to look yellow and looks like coffee. Don't bullshit your customers.

My visits are always pleasant, the staff is always friendly and when mistakes happen they are quick to fix them. The good does outweigh the bad. They know me by name and are always willing to accommodate. I have been having sensory issues and can not use a straw, when they make my coffee they always give me a sip lid and I find that awesome that they go out of their way to do so. Everyone there is truly very sweet. :) I go a little out of my way just for this Dunkin. My only real complaint is Sundays can be a good or bad day, they are still nice, but the coffee quality is subpar, but I know they are trying their best and the good days make up for it.

If you enjoy cold stiff stale crusty hash browns thru the drive thru then this place is for you! No reason for hash browns to taste like that. Its like they just had them sittin since they first opened and just thru them in my bag. I go out of my way just to come to this Dunkin I might as well start going to the one thats closer to me cause this location is turning into a joke.
