Dunkin'

I’ve read the recent reviews and need to share how vastly different my experiences were. While visiting the area, I went two consecutive mornings for coffee and a donut. Service and people were great! They greeted me immediately, had my order together quickly, and smiled when they thanked me for visiting.

Been coming here for many years now and am very impressed. I typically order via app and choose walk-in pick up. I live 5 minutes away and can place my order before leaving and it's nearly always just a quick in and out when I go to pick it up. Less than 10% of the time I will have to wait and even rarer something will be missing from the order, but they do so well with getting me in and out that it's a small matter.

The food was great. But the ladies working behind the counter didn't realize I understood what they were saying. If I request a certain number of creamers is not up to them to determine how many I should receive.

The afternoon staff at this location has to be the worst and rudest i've ever seen in the food service. There always seems to be a rush and they tend to scream at people in the drive-thru when ordering. Today I went in the drive thru and the lady in the headset was not only impatient but was yelling at me before I could even get my order out. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Honestly the worst location in the area. I would rather drive all the way up to the mall to get my coffee and rather be around people with good costumer service. Please fix this issue.

The most awful customer service experience! I ordered 2 teas at the drive thru and I was told “come to the window” I never received a price or a confirmation of my order. I get to the window she scans my Mobile rewards and hands me 1 drink, says nothing else, never gave me a receipt. I’m sitting in the drive thru waiting for the second drink when they ask my name I said “I didn’t give a name but I’m waiting for a second tea” and they said no she only charged you for one; however, I was concerned they charged me for 2 teas because my mobile app went from$7 and some change to $0.09 but then she handed me a receipt saying it was one charge so I went ahead and paid again because sometimes the app doesn’t refresh. It was overall a very rude interaction when it was their mistake. Will not be bac
