Dunkin'

Literally gets my order wrong every single time, either no sugar, or cream, or cheese, or bacon, every single time there’s something wrong with my order. I’m right down the street so it’s convenient but I always hope it’s going to get better and it doesn’t. The people in the morning are super rude and horrible at their jobs. I’d say replace them. Rude and incompetent. Food and coffee horrible. Hire new people.the two guys later in the day, absolute angels, they are amazing. Only good thing about this location.

The slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in the world. So many times did I have to leave and come back to get my coffee. One coffee. They have no sense of time and that it’s a morning rush and they literally stand around between each order talking. It takes 2 orders to be made for them to start making the first order. Today I ordered 1 cup of coffee the person in front of me ordered 1 cup of coffee. By the time I paid for my coffee they hadn’t even started on the person’s order in front of me, I had to leave because I had to go to work which is right up the street from this Dunkin’. I’m going to have to leave out of my house earlier just to go to another Dunkin because these ladies in Elkins Park Dunkin’ Donuts are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

We come pretty often, most of the time is not crowded, this place doesn’t have drive thru. Service was good, donuts were pretty good, today we stopped in to get half dozen of donut, one of them is Boston cream, I got very disappointed when my filling was replaced by vanilla frosting…. I try calling the number on Google to let them know but phone doesn’t work , hope they didn’t make the whole batch using vanilla frosting???

3rd edit: Speed has improved and my stuff is almost always ready. Some or most of the staff don’t speak english, so communication can be difficult They run out of alternative milks and other ingredients fairly often; this can delay the order. Ketchup is hit or miss. Still, they are pretty quick and reliable; it’s one of the better Dunkin locations I have been to. —————- I’m changing my review from five stars to two. The last several times I’ve been here my items have not been ready as they were previously. Today, I waited for several minutes extra after ordering one hot coffee 10 minutes ahead of time, and I had to leave without getting what I paid for because it was not ready and I had to get to work. Also, when I asked, no one responded to me about whether it would be ready soon.

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s but the staff here on this rainy Friday afternoon were hella pleasant. Thanks guys
