Dunkin'

They had lots of options available, and were very good at answering questions. The only downside was our donuts tasted kind of stale. I’m not sure if they were cooked fresh in the morning or saved from last night, but they definitely weren’t moist. They were hard and dry, most Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had taste kind of fresh.

I ordered a dozen assorted doughnuts. They were all hard and dry. They were definitely stale. Next time I will choose a different location for my doughnuts. I should've thoroughly read the other reviews about this location.

All the staff are very nice he greets everyone one the mic every morning not one customer goes untreated from what I saw and for it to be where it is they are a nice staff and it stays clean around the outside .My favorite Dunkin so far .

Best Dunkin in the Cleveland area by far. I come here on my breaks at work sometimes and my drink & food are consistently great, and the service is very fast

Drive thru only Dunkin in East Cleveland...My coffee is a must and it's a good...I go here before McDonald in east cleveland
