Dunkin'

I ordered door dash got all of my older kids an iced coffee and frozen drink as well as myself and mom and hot chocolate for the baby. I always put extra swirls because if I put the normal amount I always get less then it calls for. Recieved my order not in bags not stickered coffees all missing their flavors. Tried to call the store to make complaint so I didnt have to do a bad review and never do they answer the phone. Overall just a bad experience. My son's frozen coffee was just about white as if they only put one pump of coffee syrup. I did put complaint in with door dash as well. I know this dunkin could do much better. Highly disappointed.

I've been to dozens of Dunkin locations all over Marion and surrounding counties and they ALL know how to make a latte correctly. This location serves milk with a pinch of espresso so it barely changes the color of the milk. They blame their machines but in reality I think management is screwing the customer to pad food cost. This has been brought up several times with no results. We have to go out of our way to get proper service and product. The management and staff at this location is a liability to the brand. We will not be going back to this location moving forward. My dog could run this store better.

I haven't stepped foot in this establishment or any other Dunkin Donut location in 20 years because of the service I received from both the in store employees (long gone I'm sure) and from their customer service over the phone. I ordered 2 peanut butter milkshakes, what I received was more milk than shake. I left with my drinks, handed my best friend his and he was also quite perplexed as to what they intended with the thin liquid. We returned to the establishment both of us explaining that we were displeased with the 95% intact product and asked for them to be remade. The young lady at the counter declined, so I asked for a refund, again she declined, so I asked for the manager. Im editing my review- the people who work during the week at this location are wonderful. The lady I have issues with, she works in the evenings and weekends, she doesn’t like to do the job, and I’m sure a lot of your negative reviews are due to this lady- she once again said we can’t make a cold brew even though I paid for it in the app, and gave me ice coffee- for the price difference I should have received two of them. She just doesn’t get it. I’m constantly attempting to go to this location, and the only reason I go back is because of maybe 4 workers who always get my order right and are friendly. There is a girl with long black hair (who always seems like she just woke up 5 minutes ago) who works weekends, one time I got a lemonade refresher and she said they didn’t have the lemonade

When there is a misunderstanding about an order. It’s probably best to start the order over instead of just adding whipped topping and chocolate Swirl and calling it a latte. Once the barista was informed, I ordered a signature latte. She took the drink back and added whipped topping.
