Dunkin'

I’ve only ever been through the drive/thru and to say staff is less than thrilled to be at work is an understatement. I hope it’s get better for them. This is the true meaning of I hate it here.

Service was very quick and efficient today at Dunkin' in Dunkirk, Maryland. I placed the order (two coffees) on my app, got in line at the drive-thru with just one vehicle in front of me, and by the time I got to the window my order was ready. The server smiled and greeted me, which is good for customer service.

The food was average which is expected of Dunkin’ but I cannot get over how dirty the store was. An employee almost fell after slipping on the water mess. There was garbage and water on the floor. There were no napkins or toilet paper. The tables were dirty.

I did a mobile order. No one ever came out I went inside they told me they couldn’t make either of my drinks cuz the machine was down and she was like you have to request a refund on the app and I asked for assistance and she said I don’t know how. Like what. So I’m trying to figure it out and they are asking for proof I didn’t get my items so I ask for the manager and she was like why can’t you get your drinks and I said idk that lady said the machine broke. She added ice and made both my drinks. That girl was just pure laziness and sitting there talking shit with another employee. All the counters were covered in mess and they didn’t even have regular coffee available. Manager was apologetic and got the job done. This Dunkin is just terrible. The service is incredibly slow, even with a mobile order. The so-called hot coffee is always cold, and the food is not good at all. The store is not clean, the floors are always sticky and littered, and the bathrooms are not well-kept.
