Dunkin'

The last 2 times I ordered from here using the mobile app, they didn't make my food until I arrived and I had to wait for 15 mins, but it wasn't busy at all. And they got my orders wrong because they didn't read the orders.

Went in for coffee, the lady behind the counter was sitting down and on her phone. She then proceeded to let us know to use the kiosk, yelling at us when we couldn't complete the order. She is always extremely rude, like it's a inconvenience for her to help customers. I will not go to this location again

The woman behind the counter is extremely rude. This wasn’t the first time it’s happened, she’s consistent. They will not get any more of my business.

Horrible service! They don't listen to your order then get mad when they mess up. Instead of making me a new sandwich to correct the order they just took off the item I didn't want on the sandwich (which I could have done) which caused the cheese to now be missing. No apologies for their mistake. Horrible attitude and service!

Made the coffee perfect. My husband is very picky and most of the Dunkin's in the area don't get it right. I usually get the black pepper bacon croissant sandwich and they usually are falling apart and hard to eat in the car. This one stayed together to the end. Also wasn't way too hot to eat when i got it. The two guys working were pleasant and friendly. Nice experience.
