What a horrible establishment. I purchased a sandwich and used my points for a doughnut, I asked for a courtesy cup of water and was told it was $1, I asked for I’ve only and was told it was $1, I asked for a cup and was told it was a $1. Go ahead and close this location down…I have to add it’s ironic they were so pressed to charge me for water and so incompetent they gave me an accidental free side of hash browns 😂 God don’t like ugly so now I will never go back - loss of business, I’m sharing my experience on social media and they gave me free product…utter incompetence

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is one of the most poorly managed stores I’ve ever visited. It’s clear that new employees are thrown onto the floor with little to no training, which leads to mistakes that the managers then blame on them instead of helping them improve. The management seems unprofessional and unorganized—hours for staff are constantly cut or shifted around unfairly, and communication is almost nonexistent. Customers can feel the tension behind the counter, and it’s obvious the staff aren’t being supported. Instead of creating a team environment, the managers talk down to their crew and make shady comments in front of others. With better leadership, this store could run smoothly, but right now it’s a mess that hurts both the employees and the customer experience.

I took my family to this Dunkin’ Donuts because it was the closest location to Forestville. We arrived at 4:42 PM—there was no line—yet we waited without being acknowledged until 4:56 PM. One employee wearing a headset was using inappropriate language even while taking orders, and another employee, whose pants were hanging very low, never acknowledged us at all when we walked in. After standing there without service, my husband and I decided to leave. As we walked out, I said, “Let’s go to another Dunkin’ where we can actually be helped.” The employee with the sagging pants responded with an extremely unprofessional comment, essentially saying he didn’t plan on working during his entire shift. It was a young man I forgot his name but I know it starts with a J, anyways from my experience from him taking my orders very respectful, always has a smile on his face when taking orders it’s even the same at the drive through when I see him , and stays in a great mood.

I ordered through Ubers eats 2 turkey sausage and egg/cheese on multigrain bagel. They sent 2 pork bacon egg and cheese on croissant. I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork and I hate their croissant. I ordered 2 orders hash browns, and they sent 1. I ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese wraps and they didn’t even send those. I ordered 2 blueberry glaze donuts and they sent 2 completely different donuts . This has to be the worst order I ever received on uber eats. I called to speak to a manager but the worker said 1 wouldn’t be back in until tomorrow morning. That’s the problem, they usually have 2 incompetent teenagers or foreigners running the whole store and screwing up orders. Why is there not at least 1 manager on the clock??? Probably because they’re out doing other stuff while on the clo
