Guardado’s Kitchen

I treated my husband to Guardado’s for his bday because he loves tacos. This was our first time visiting and we are so glad we decided to. Everything was delicious! We ordered all tacos: lengua, al pastor, shrimp, birria, and chicken. We also ordered a chicken burrito. I have zero notes. Zero complaints. The customer service was great too. The young lady told me the wait would be about 25mins and she was right on point. These ladies can cook ! Please visit.

It's a food truck and typically you'd go and grab your food and leave. However, there were chairs out there. I would use some of those generated revenues for more tables. The food is good, but could be better. The service wasn't the fastest but they were short staff. All in all i enjoyed my experience. If they're ever in the northern virginia area. I could see myself stopping by again!

I love the food here, the ladies are really nice, you MUST try the birria tacos they are the best ones I’ve tried and they’re 3x12$. The pollo con tajada is really good and the chicken on top is so flavorful and it just all taste good w the cabbage salad it comes with. My mom always order the chicken tameles, and the pupusas are good as well and all for a good price. They usually take about 10-15 mins to have your order ready. Definitely coming back.

A delicious little food truck service. Admittedly I have only had their quesadillas, but they are sooo good I keep coming back for them EVERYTIME we are in the area for soccer games.
