Assistant manager on 11/21 @ around 2pm Bella really put herself on the line so I could enjoy my cookie crumbl topping in my iced coffee since theyre not allowed to, she went above and beyond, thanks girl!!

What happened to this place? First, the new lighting is Horrible. Its an eyesore on the little town street. The light on the outdoor sign is completely unnecessary, and blinding driving through the intersection. Second, the lighting in the store is so bright, its painful. I cant even go inside without getting a headache. I feel bad for the employees. We used to sit and have coffee, but no more. Its like a warehouse now. We go to our local shop instead.

I been liking dunkin since I was a kid, I love cookie dough frappe, never been disappointed as today, I ordered through Uber eats, a dozen and a half, it's says dozen, but I only got 11 pcs, I don't really care whose fault is this, just wants the management to know. So next time it can be prevented.

I was at this location about a min ago and the store seem to be very unclean, various tables as well as the front counter. I waited about 10 min before someone took my order. As I was waiting for my order a blond young lady who I think was a supervisor was going off at employees as it was very unprofessional to handle the situation the way she did in front of customers. She was very loud saying well we're gonna handle this right now as she went and told an employee come on right now let's go and proceeded to the back. I think the way she handled the situation was very embarrassing for the employee and as customers we should not had to have heard all that ruckus as it should have been handled in a better way. I'm probably not gonna come back to this location after this experience as I did n

Stopped by to grab food and coffee for my team, we work at Starbucks across the street. workers proceeded to complain loudly behind the counter about us being in the store that if they "didn't hate Starbucks before they do now". i just wanted my coffee, didn't need opinions or negative attitude! Sorry for bringing my business, i will not make that mistake again.
